Register early for best selection of dates.  Choose class dates that start after your 30th week unless otherwise directed  by your doctor.

This childbirth preparation class is taught by Lamaze certified instructors. Class size is limited and there is plenty of time for questions and practice. Class provides parents with information and tools to successfully manage labor and birth. Learn comfort measures, breathing, and relaxation skills. A birthing center tour is provided during class if taken at St. Mary's, St. Francis, or Memorial Regional. If you schedule for class at the Innsbrook location or the accelerated 1 day course (6 hours) you can schedule the birthing center tour separately. Fee includes mom and an adult partner. Bring two pillows and a towel to each class. Dress comfortably. Scholarships available. (10 hours)

If you have already signed up for a LAMAZE, BRADLEY, HYPNOBIRTHING, or other birthing method class do not sign up for this class additionally. It covers very similar topics.
