The Bradley Method® embraces the idea that childbirth is a natural and safe process and that with the right preparation and support, most women can give birth without medication or routine interventions. The Bradley philosophy believes that every couple is unique and teaches you how to become aware of and work with your own inner strength and natural coping abilities during labor. Because no one approach works for everyone, Bradley classes incorporate a variety of easy and effective natural coping techniques in order to provide you and your partner with as many options as possible to meet the challenges of labor and be fully present during your baby's birth. Special focus is given to helping couples come together and support one another throughout the birthing process and beyond. As a master's prepared nurse and natural birthing mom, I offer a unique and well-rounded perspective, and I can help you partner with your practitioner to have the healthy and rewarding birth experience you desire.
