The personal trainers at Richmond Balance specialize in the pre-natal fitness. No matter how far along you are, we will tailor a safe and effective program to fit your needs! The prenatal fitness package is available to members and non-members and includes 24 personal training sessions, a 12 week full-access gym membership, individualized weekly workouts, and nutrition consultants. Training is also available for new moms who are trying to shed the extra baby weight! 24 personal training sessions/first session is free!
