For many women and their partners, the first few months of pregnancy can be filled with many hopes, dreams and fears. This Early Pregnancy class is designed to address some of the important issues that pregnant women and their partners face in their first and second trimester. Information is provided on topics including: nutrition, physiological/emotional changes, exercise, common discomforts in early pregnancy and prenatal testing/screening. (2 hours)
