This class provides parents with in-depth information on the stages of labor and the management of birth. Comfort measures for the mother during delivery, including breathing and relaxation skills, are taught and practiced. Postpartum care will be covered.  Classes should end 2-3 weeks before your due date. $60 (2 hour - 5 weeknight series or 7 hour - 1 day weekend series)
PLEASE BRING A COMFORTER OR BLANKET AND 2 PILLOWS FOR FLOOR WORK.

IF YOU ARE TAKING A WEEKEND CLASS, FEEL FREE TO BRING A BAG LUNCH OR YOU CAN EAT AT ONE OF THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS.
